Built on the foundations of a century-old farm building, the house today combines the rustic character of old Zagorje with thoughtful details that honor the space and the landscape.

The house is named after the owner’s first granddaughter and the entire design project is rooted in a personal story, with the aim of letting guests feel the warmth of home and the beauty of simple living in nature. Wood and earthy tones dominate the interior, with elements that evoke childhood and the traditional Zagorje style. A fireplace, brick wall, dining table by a large window and soft lighting create a cozy, intimate atmosphere. Old beams and original woodwork have been preserved as a link to the past, while every corner of the house offers views of greenery and forest.

What makes Zora special are the everyday moments – morning coffee on the terrace surrounded by greenery, swimming in the pool in complete silence, reading a book under the gazebo, evenings by the fire and the quiet sounds from the forest.
